Warehouse businesses · funding preparation

Look at when money comes in and goes out

Separate contracted storage demand from space reserved for potential customers. Occupied capacity, billing dates and payment terms all matter to the cash available for ongoing commitments.

Planned purchases

Explain the costs behind your plans

01

Handling equipment

Forklifts, pallet trucks and charging equipment must suit the loads and aisles. Include training, delivery and the power or storage setup required.

02

Storage systems

Racking and shelving may require layout design, installation and load checks. Base the budget on the stock profile and usable floor area.

03

Facility improvements

Dock repairs, lighting and floor work can interrupt access to parts of the warehouse. Include temporary arrangements and the timing of incoming deliveries in the work plan.

Understand our role

Understand the service before applying

How does the referral service get paid?

Your submitted business and contact information may be sold to as many as five funding partners for follow-up. Partners pay us for the referral regardless of its funding outcome, and we do not charge you to apply.

How are funding terms set?

Sending the form does not guarantee an offer or approval. Funding partners assess the business against their own requirements and set the conditions of any financing.

How long can a review take?

A supplier deadline does not establish how quickly a funding partner can respond. Confirm the provider’s process before relying on financing for a payment.

What contact permission am I giving?

Check how your information will be used and who may contact you before you send the form. The SMS code verifies your number; the separate consent text describes communications.
